Yes and here PEN is, on the verge of doing just that. Whereas so many others are still exploring, some shelved due to high capex/opex (no surprises there) and others that had nothing but high grade rock chip samples gone completely.
Yet PEN was the stock canned by all and sundry stating they would never do it and the others are far better.
It pays to research thoroughly and to not follow the herd.
