Stop kicking yourself Chris and ask yourself whether you are a trader or long termer.
If you are a trader I cant help you.
If you are a LT then all you have to do is look where you think PEN is going and it should be clear your course of action.
Thats the advantage of being a LT. However in saying that we are all guilty of still wanting to pay bargain prices.
