The share price isn't the best place to look for details around these performance rights. I've seen some companies with performance rights that would award for barely delivering expected returns. At least these one's require a meaningful uplift in the share price. Lets say GT1 averages 50% return per year for the next 3 years. The share price goes from 6c to 9c. It goes from 9c to 14.5c. It goes from 14.5c to 21.75c. The performance threshold for Tranche A (25c), B (30c) and C (40c) is missed and no freebee shares are awarded.

To get the Tranche A shares requires the average return to be 60% pa for the next 3 years from the current 6c price. It could happen but if it does, Mr Henry's probably done more things right than wrong.
