One circumstance hasn't changed - still no finance despite all the alleged 'good grade' stuff under Cuban soil.
Management knew gold prices were firming, management knew gold price predictions were for higher gold prices - so why were shareholders being roasted - as gold doesn't need to be? So why spend so much for nothing blaming the Chinese - oh sorry, for an option, thus delaying any progress including finalization of DFS from way back when gold prices were much lower. So, divert to another wannabe project still subject to the satisfaction of others. Answer seems simple, could it be due to bad decisions and/or management being over zealous?
Other company's bad decisions or lack of progress does not negate nor justify AAU's position. BTW, shareholder funds are used by both companies for spending (amongst others) - it's easy to spend other's money with hardly any accountability - give me a couple of $mill, I'll promise to give some other options.
As for any cornerstone investors - can they not stump up the cash for a small build for NS or why couldn't management come to the market for funding NS from way back when sp were 15 fold from current - alas not wanting to dilute and here we are at a dismal 0.4c and diluted badly - but AAU is valuable - what an absolute joke but anything but funny.
Far too many jigsaw puzzle pieces yet to come together - question is will they and if so when. Or is it more like an asteroid breaking apart. There you go, free options. AIMO
