From a clinical trial point of view, yes it has. Somehow the market decided to massively overvalue the MC for just HER-Vaxx not even close to completion of Ph2 clinical trial to $3.5B to now massively undervalue the MC to just $300M despite all the IP development in the last 3 years. The market isn't always right otherwise we all be millionaire
