The allocation is being done by a 'bidding" system. All bids (how much you want to take) need to be in by 5pm on Monday. Allocation will made by 6pm on Monday. Payment needs to be made by 7pm on Friday.
As soon as the presentation came out last week, it was clear they were organizing a cap/raising. Reflected too in the drop in SP down to the current 2.2 cents. Not sure what I will do. Will think about it over the weekend.
