Now is the opportune time to promote the proposed Kwinana nickel/cobalt refinery’s strength s to the WA voting public. There will be large contingents of public servants in hard hats appearing at any site that has the chance of being a vote winner. They will gaze out at the horizon over these sites looking enthusiastically at the project as the PM and the premier extoll their desire to gain maximum exposure in the current new cycle IMO
