If an appeal has already been received which will go straight to the government department for processing, should rejection of this appeal mean any potential further appeal by the one remaining stakeholder (presumably the indigenous community) will not require any further review? Anyone have any ideas?
If the first appeal gets rejected, another appeal is received and a further review process is required then I honestly don't know what to say. Permitting in Europe has always been tough but goodness me, its arduous to the point where it's clearly very detrimental to business and a clear reason why the EU is falling behind.
