I think people don't get it WE is never going to be fully priced in the share price until it's actually producing income or someone makes an offer for it. None of the other companies in the PB had fully priced assets in its share price until these offers eventuated so I actually don't know what SN is trying to illustrate in his presentations there is always going to be a discount until someone makes an offer or they are producing real cash from it
