Frank, whilst I agree with your post, you misrepresent Mr qqq. It's not that he doesn't understand IT and fintech, it's that he doesn't care about facts or accuracy. He and posters such as@ExtremeLand, @BarelyWrong, @knowwhat and others only concern is market manipulation. They work as a team to spread misinformation, fear, uncertainty and doubt. They hold large amounts of shares and are capable of moving the market in either direction on lower volume days, to suit their agenda at any given time. When a positive post appears here, you'll notice that they appear in their group, to spam the thread with negativity and make the positive post disappear into the mist.

This is why they make predictions and are often close to the mark, because they make it happen themselves. They are far more vociferous when they are buying, as they are now. They tell us the price is about to drop, they make it happen, and those retail investors with little or no experience sell their shares to them at low prices because they become fearful.

An example was yesterday, when Extremeland promised that the share price would close at 9. It wasn't going to happen, until they sold a grand total of 370 shares for $3.33 in the auction to ensure it happened. Thus, it makes them appear as they know what the market will do, and gives those without experience the impression that they have some credibility. They almost always appear in forums for penny stocks, where there is more likelihood of inexperienced investors.

@Merchant2000 was recently doing exactly as he is doing here, on the MNB threads, buying up whilst creating fear and uncertainty. There was good news expected, but he was telling all and sundry that doom and gloom was in the future of the company. Whilst he did this, he was accumulating. Of course when the good news dropped, the share price increased 68%, he sold and he disappeared from the thread.

You can also see that he was very quiet when the SP here went on a recent run to 1.3, he sold considerable amounts and took profits, and now because the selling has caused the share price to drop, he's back here as vocal as ever attempting to get retail investors to sell to him whilst he accumulates. As Extremeland says, it's a rinse and repeat, but Extremeland isn't in for just pizza money, this is how they make their living.

It is very clear where this company is headed. Do your due diligence, if you like what you see, don't let them take your shares. They only make their money if retail sells to them. If they stop making money, they'll disappear.
