I've seen this misapprehension before. Non-renounceable means that your entitlement to buy shares cannot be transferred to somebody else, sometimes they can when it is called a renounceable offer. The shares themselves once subscribed for and issued can be traded like any other.
Does it not say somewhere in the documentation that the shares rank equally with existing shares?
