This annexure is a joke in my opinion.
Who would pay $70m USD for a company with EBITDA of say $1.4m or let's say $2m ? That needs to be some rational when you decide KPI, sure higher the better but putting something this high need some explanation as to why would someone pays $70m USD for legal business? for what ? to get $2m EBITDA?
if EBITDA was $7m then we can say possibly someone might be happy to pay 10 times !
current market cap of RKN is below $70m AUD !!!!
