I will contact investor relations and get this issue sorted out.
my understanding is that once paid for they are just like other shares, but you can't sell them until you've paid for them, because you don't own them, so they are not transferable in the meantime. Maybe I'm wrong.
otherwise you would never be able to get rid of them, but you would have the dividend on them. Lol. Just joking on the last bit.
