Latitude / DCX need the money and were never serious about these tenements.
I would not be surprised to learn that CMM has offered above $1.5m for these tenements previously.
Aquisition price below $1000 per square km.
The CMM script exchanged to Latitude for the tenure will be the most valuable asset that Latitude will hold.
I'll be eating popcorn whilst waiting for Latitude to either sell it or raise capital and keep diluting to continue their lifestyles.
