Something I really like about the company and how they run is, as you say, they are cautious, methodical and frugal.
I also liked that Roger said to me he could retire now.... be he won't. He has so much excitement about this project and enjoys what he does, and what he does well, that the idea wouldn't even cross his mind.
That's pretty compelling...
