In May 2008, Nkwe managing director Maredi Mphahlele deposed an affidavit during the currency of the litigation where he stated, regarding the prospecting rights over Nooitverwacht 324 KT and Eerstegeluk 327 KT, that "even if the first respondent [Genorah] were subsequently to be granted the prospecting rights again - the damage that would be done to the first respondent [Genorah] would be irreparable and would almost certainly result in the liquidation of the first respondent [Genorah] and Nkwe".
I wonder if you would be able to see this Affidavit some how.
