The more important question every shareholder should be asking and what the company should have disclosed is what conditions did EQR fail to meet?
You seem to know everything about EQR or at least claim to know everything… so could you provide details on what conditions EQR failed to meet? If you can’t, then how can you be so sure that it was EQR who knocked back the loan.
