I was assuming talking to a person with sufficient knowledge about ZIP, so I didn't mention 1.1% is actually 1.1% of TTV rather than revenue because the topic was very clear about the trend instead of actual values. I overestimated your ability of understanding and underestimated your ability of misleading the conversation. Whether the bad debt is 1.2% TTV or 14% revenue (the revenue is 8.5% TTV), its amount remains the same. It's just a matter of what the denominator is, and I do think using percentage of TTV to show revenue, cost of sales (which include transaction-related interest cost and bad debt), operating expenses and other items is a very clear way to understand the business.

Re restricted cash, Q1 FY25 showed that it has decreased from 231M to 202M in three months. How do you explain this given the bad debt is always increasing due to an increasing TTV?
