Seriously, lots of good food for thought you throw up. I must confess that spike in the yearly charts post 2003 has always had me worried, but then..."she'll be right, mate" enters my head and its something for the next generation or generations to deal with.
I can only go back to 1982 for XAO, and note that stochastic is back to the pre-1992 level, when the great bull market began its run.
MACD histogram is back to "normal"...despite the price highs, so some negative divergence.
