Yes, I was at the AGM too and this question was asked by Mihal (I think??) and a 5:1 consolidation was mentioned by PL, POSSIBLY in 1H 2011, provided the SP/news flow could sustain/support this ...

Don't get me wrong, this was a conversation - however I'm sure any consolidation will be very conditional ... applying the learnings of the early (negative) consolidation experience with ASX:RRS (another from the OKAP stable) some year or so ago.
