The glory days at WAM are long over. Their fall can be traced to the exit of Chris Scott a few years ago.It's never been the same ever since. Chris left and set up his own fund and its performance has been outstanding for shareholders. He has been replaced most of the time by a bunch of kids while at the same time the number of funds run by WAM has blownout. Geoff has made all the money and shareholders have had to be content with an usually good dividend and no capital gain and in most cases a capital loss--which means have gone nowhere while most of the of the WAM funds have seen the number of shares blown out because everytime a share price increases, Geoff order a capital raise.
