Heard whispers about convertible notes in play too? If that's true, no surprises here—convertible notes are basically the Grim Reaper of corporate financing. Convertible notes issued under market price, then dumped on market, diluting the company into oblvion, before a consolidation and name change and more capital raises so they can keep paying themselves these eye watering salaries for another few years, treating the public like an ATM, whilst they achieve sweet f all. Seen it a hundred times before.
