Are the pink sheet shares included in the total number of outstanding shares issued in the regular reports (i.e quaterly, annual)? if they are not (which I think but could be wrong), they do not have an intrinsic value. It's just like a credit agency and there is a financial institution (i.e market maker) to honor/support it.
