Problem with selling anything is that all acquirers want a bargain/ steal and all sellers of leases or resources want close to top dollar, only deals getting done are either JV’s or fire sales. I know of one mining company in WA that have stated that in the last 12 months they have run the ruler over 110 prospects but can’t come to an agreed value hence they are still sitting on their almost $10m in a term deposit at 5% to pay the wages until someone folds. WR1 bought the diamond company infrastructure, land factories , everything at like 5-10% of its expenditure in Canada but it hasn’t done them many favours though, there are a couple of others that I can’t think of off the top of my head .
