To all those saying its a win win, instos wont sell for a small return.... its not a win win, and they will sell for a short term gain.
Any momentum will be totally controlled by large holders who will dump, drill the price to the ground putting the company in a position where they have to offer further market discounts (remember the price has been drilled at this point) in addition to oppies that are likely to be at or lower than what the price would be without the perfectly legal and non ASX investigateable, legitimate offer and acceptance that has occurred.
Just to be clear, the price that was paid is irrelevant, instos will make their margin in the uncertainty with the discounted shares and then use those to bend the hammer the price and cripple the company from getting funds required for the next stage, and even if Gary doesnt give in, again, these instos will have oppies to continue their games and either lend these out to short sellers, or just do nothing and make a margin if the product is a hit.
Meanwhile, retail holders continue their role as mushrooms. (I will let you think about what i mean by that).
