More desperate then nervous. This stock has done nothing but go backwards for about a decade (roughly how long ive been here). If Gary has a master plan, then lay it out.... stock will hit the lights out if he can show something other then taking a CR to someone BEFORE the good news comes out and it gets marketed? Why not force them on market or enter from a strong position?
Look I dont know what price was given for this CR, but if it was a discount then all I can say is that it was the wrong decision, made at the wrong time by someone who does not have the confidence to go out there and push hard as opposed to begging for cash to hit the KPIs and continue on this life support like CRs.
