From recollection (I'm sure that someone will correct) CR was at 6 cents. Gary does not like the stock overhang from an on market CR, hence these arrangements and announces them to retail shareholders. I recollect his interest in WAV (weighted average volume) and WAP (weighted average price) which he uses as a spruiking tool when "someone" wants to buy in when the price is rising (this is what retail shareholders are for).
Most of this will be forgotten about in 9 months when 4 Phase 2 trials report, obvious question is how will any or all of these results be taken forward?
