Genuinely dont know the answer, theres a lot of variance in CRO when you read about them.
Expediency is one, I suppose testing consideratuoms might also be considered relevant here.
Argument might be you get the cheapest petrol but there's always a queue and it costs more than the savings on price.
Very interesting question in context imo
Objectively, fo you think they need next news to be good? If so, do you think they're aware of that. If so, do you think they can effect that? If why wouldn't they?
