thanks for brigning up this tpic nad for your dot point statements as I am unaware of the history of QMN and Matrix.
I am a little confused though by your statement
"1. The Matrix liquidator (in my opinion) sold enough shares to cover the $5 million transaction price."
Wouldn't hay have had to sell the 25 million shares at avergage $0.20 to cover the $5mill? Friom what I can see the share has been belwo 10c over the recent 6 mths until th recent rise.
did they have other shares as well?
