Fair enough. But now we have a more recent announcement from the CEO dated 11 Dec.

I'm not biotech expert, but what I have learnt from investments sauch as BOT, PAA/NUZ, IMU, CHM & SNT, is nothing happens as quickly as expected.

IF they have enough data in march to approach the FDA there's pretty much no way that they'll get into the FDA by June. And because the complete data won't be available until 2H 2025 they'd be completely mad to try.
I'm not arguing whether SNT's CEO is mad or not, but his most recent statement to market says SNT will have enough data come March 2025, to go to the FDA to start developing Ph3 endpoints. He also says they expect those answers/agreement from the FDA around the middle of 2025. I'm not arguing whether he is right or wrong or mad, just providing the most up-to-date statement from the CEO.

What I do question though - why the change since Dec 4? Could it be the Peer Review (not available at the time of the 4 Dec announcement) has made Gary more confident in what the interim data shows? Why do you think only a week later he is now saying we can go to the FDA for planning the Ph3, after results in March?

That's obviously why they've gone for a CR. they need working capital. And then they'll need a partner to pay for PH 3.
They need capital for any of their choices - progressing to a Ph3 on their own (even more capital required) or hoping to gain a partnership to take us into the Ph3. Prior to this CR they had enough working capital to get us to mid 2025. Obviously we are in a much better position (following this CR) for next year.

If they commence Ph3 by mid 2026 they will have done well. Very well.
