nasdaq listing update

I have a question to ask and i think its on the minds of a lot of posters here. If the company states that nasdaq listing will take 60-90 days. However it is now passed 90 days aren't they required to privide an update as to the progress of the application, whether or not it has been accepted or it has not and or currently still being reviewed.
I know its a long process already 60-90 days, however i think an update to the market is required as there are a lot of holders waiting for the outcome, and also a lot of people waiting on the sidelines waiting to jump in after the news.
My main question is what is delaying the update? and why has the company not updated the market regarding this.

Apart from this my 2 cents worth.
We have had a massive rise leading towards this with absolutely massive volumes, and trades like 15million in a hit etc. There is accumulation going on to the highest of degrees from what i can see. This is great to finally see that this tree is giving fruit.

Pure example of tree shacking is today. I think the rubber band is currently being pulled back and she's going to blow again.
Massive build up again on the buy side.
