Carrinho know Minbos will not get a loan if they don’t have an offtake.
Minbos obviously want so much and Carrinho want it cheaper and can afford to wait it out, whatever fertilizer they are buying now they are probably buying at spot.
Looks like Carrinho are not to concerned about an offtake unless Minbos come the party on price.
Minbos screwed again they will probably negotiate a lousy deal for shareholders on the offtake or will need another CR with massive dilution.
Buying at 23, 17, 11 cents some serious losses for some, now chuk will say it’s an opportunity to load up again at 7 cents the same as he said at 23, 17 and 11cents.
