It is clearly the inference drawn by most, but on reflection, they have not specified in what specific capacity they are attending.
Would not be surprised if it turned out to be some 'out of session' thingo, when you see the size of some of the monsters who are presenting in the main arenas.
The PRR market cap is probably 'nickel and dime' territory to them.
