While one the one hand I'm happy to still be able to buy stock at these levels - whoever is putting these orders on must know that if they eased off a bit the stock would be trading a few points higher and they could easily get more $$$.

SO what is happening here?

NB the reduction in office rentals is great news. It was an issue that needed to be addressed.

Longtermers will remember a poster raised this pointedly a few months ago alluding to unnecessary extravagance. However this was all due to the previous managements long term lease.
