No. Simple fact. Company is taking far, far, far too long to provide an update on something that was "imminent" over three weeks ago. Market is not stupid. Delays equals trouble. Let's be brutally honest, delays are standard protocol for MAY. Over promise, under deliver. And that's why the share price is el-crappo.
