Don't know what they said as I didn't really read their posts (guessing they said it would go down), but 2ic looks to have been suspended, sued, or hit by a bus as it's no longer posting, for a while now.
The other guy is pumping his favourite stock for years, and guess what, its SP has been smashed, same as/worse than DRE's (from over 60c, down to current 4c):
My point is, all the negatrons have been right over the last couple of years as the SP's of most stocks have been in a downtrend (same as how everyone is an Warren Buffett in a bull market).
Also, remember the other IMU guy that was on here before Slick, saying that DRE was going to 40c or something like that? haha - gotta love chartists and their crystal balls - always so accurate.
