re: Ann: Otto Secures Drilling Rig for Leyte ... I think BHP are big enough and cashed up enough to handle a couple of big jobs at once. I also think that if they were going to opt out they would have done so.
Just my opinion, but its a yes or no and how would it be in there interest to drag it out ?
