Lobo Well Service put in a claim in April 2007 for $1.77M Plus interest of 1.5% per month plus legal costs.
The interest bill equates to $1.68M

There is also a counter claim by Marion and fraud claims by both sides.

Its messy. I dont think Marion will have to pay the full whack, but I feel they will have to pay something that will be significant. This case has run for nearly 4 years.
The legal fees will be very significant.

Its going to trial by Jury 14/2/2011
