I imagine conclusion will be the deal is Not fair but reasonable as the people doing this won't want to ascribe a Not Fair and Not reasonable rating or let alone best interests as it won't get the deal over the line. If one takes half the value of what DeGrey is getting bought out for on a $/Au oz basis per reserve and simply does the calc for LCL you can see how undervalued this deal will be....This is the last stated price for a sale in current market but there are quite a few different issues between projects so a lot of discounting needs to happen. Might do this and say do a table to give people an appreciate of what this looks like on a % discount basis.
Need to sale conditions when they come to SH vote but will want to ensure all liabilities are passed through to the new entity including the civil claim a ex-director of the former company that held the assets has which LCL picked up.
