Good to know that customer service is as inconsistent on Primary as it is everywhere else. I guess it still beats the bot-ridden ASX.
Tried again:
- Halt due to finalisation of re-domicile to the Caymans (would not confirm whether we have a PO Box at Ugland House)
- Company yet to provide a response to the latest follow-up from Primary. Comms were due by now, so must still be subject to ongoing review and refinement with legal and marketing teams prior to release.
