    Ah, what country do we live in again?

    I'm allowed to question/speculate on the decision-making that resulted in this seemingly desperate cash call. Instead of targeting posters like kids in a sandpit, why don't you provide a balanced critique of the CR and the announcements that preceded it? I would also be interested in your thoughts on how this has impacted the credibility of EQR and its management?
