re: Ann: Laos Yuqida Drilling Work Completed ... I agree the only logical explaination is accumulation, however, at only $51K worth of shares traded today they are not accumulating at large quantities especially if other HC are also accumulating like they say (at such low prices).
I agree that the sell side is stacked to put of buyers, but the rate of accumulation is my frustration.
