The remuneration is fine in my opinion, DC (and everyone else at RNU) has pushed the company forward year over year.
There is nothing to indicate that the business is failing, if it was, why would we be making so much progress towards our goals despite the current market conditions?
You are invested in a commodity, the price of that commodity has an extremely heavy impact on the SP. Commodities go up and they go down. How many times has Iron Ore jumped around, or Coal, pick your poison.
That says nothing of the robustness of the company itself. Graphite is a critical mineral, something doesn't get that designation for nothing. Demand for our product will increase in the future.
The fundamentals of this company have not changed. This cycle is nothing new. If you cannot stomach the risk, stop trading penny stocks and go somewhere safer.
