    GZ - They probably needed the fund-raiser to pay the entitlements to Steve and Andy (LOL).

    You are right about Steve - he was exasperated about the market sentiment towards TTR and had been thinking about moving on for several months. He believed a change was needed for the good of the Company and it's shareholders. The investment public needed to see change.

    Those who did not happen to see RedFinn's post before it was removed at his request(possibly because it amounted to release of inside information) will have to wait for a relevent company announcement. However, it did give some insight into Andy's situation and possible timing for an announcement on Steve's replacement. Sorry I don't dare say anything specific but I would not consider the information to be all that market sensitive. Judging by the increase in share price and volume a lot of "outsiders" know a hell of a lot more than we do anyway. The general investing public are always at a disadvantage.

    Well GZ things are not quite as Ho Hum for Tectonic now - are they?
