    I'm with you adds.

    Why the ..... are we selling this portfolio at a time when commercial RE is still bumping along the bottom?

    IIF has taken out a lot of risk, paid down debt and got back to divs.

    We're selling like a distressed seller, which we no longer are.

    There's going to be BIG money made here.. but not by us.

    Disgrace.
