I am certainly not impressed by this takeover offer. I have had my shares for a number of years so by comparison to what I paid back then somewhat before IOOF became an $11 share (before the Royal Commission into banks etc) this offer would cost me a big loss. It would be better for me for time to repair the company and the financial outlook. Happy to wait for several years to regain my capital invested.
