How can this agreement be made with Raul Villanueva, while the shares he claims to own are subject to a legal dispute. A court ruling has indicated Joseph Mahusay has a legitimate claim to be president of PMC. Jeff mcglinn had a power of attorney over Raul Villanueva (this isn’t disputed by Raul) and Jeff in secret transferred PMC shares to Joseph. Supposedly Without the knowledge or consent of Raul Villanueva (probably because he saw this disaster coming for x64 shareholders?). So until we legally know who owns the shares in PMC, I don’t see how this deal can be legitimate or legal, and if Raul is found guilty and this deal goes ahead? Isn’t that illegal. I hope the board and administrators know what they are doing (have good lawyers). Very dodgy stuff going on here. Just my thoughts. Thanks drillbit
