Noone refers to the Dow jones Index like that unless they do not know the S&P 500 is the index to watch as it is weighted for market cap.
I thought you were talking about the Australian major defense and high value outsourced provider, Downer Group, DOW on the ASX not being supported by NAB and the ACCC whereas the foreign interest unlisted and embattled, disreputable Challenger Services is trying to support its perilous position by getting an anti trust regulator ACCC down in Australia to do its dirty work for it.
