I think its in the best interest for the US to keep Syrah alive, by extending the loan without calling it, however if they are not reasonable we can always talk to the Chinese, which i believe is happy to takeover the mine with a good offer.
SP might drift at such an uncertain time, but VA or bankruptcy call is highly unlikely.
