From my memory, they have included pre payments as income from operations before, so I defaulted that way. I agree that it is income from financing and is included as such (I had missed that). I also agree therefore that it should not be in income from operations. But as per the below it is. It is also not included the financing facilities section??? I have no idea what the accounting standards are and have looked at what others do. But it does not look right to me.
